What to write about
- A correction: a date, a venue name, a programme detail or a credit that is wrong in an article.
- A source: a public document, a season announcement, a gallery listing or another citable item that the team can check.
- A question about the site: how a text was written, which sources it used, or how a listing is put together.
How to send it
State the article and the section in the subject line. Include the public source for any correction or addition. Messages that name a source are easier to act on.
Reply delay
The team reads messages but does not promise a reply delay. A correction that is confirmed from a public source is applied when the team next edits the article.
